Booking Confirmation

All counselling bookings made through our website are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email upon successful payment or deposit.

Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards or payment by bank transfer.

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or Whatsapp

Modifications

Requests to modify your booking (date, time, or details) must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your session without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Therapist Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to therapist illness, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Client Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information and attend the session at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation, at our discretion.

While we aim to provide high-quality counselling services, we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes or results. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We accept no liability for any errors or omissions in the content of our website or the information provided during sessions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
